Overall a really big fan of this product. As a specialty coffee nerd and almost exclusively pour over consumer (at least at home), it makes an impressive cup. I do have two complaints/bummers that lose the 5th star: 1) the majority of material being plastic is pretty lame especially from such a reputable coffee brand. Maybe it would have hiked the price up and strengthened the barrier to purchase …

My coffee has never been more bold and delicious. I very much enjoy how it walks you through the steps to get your coffee just the way you like it. My only drawback is that the pot doesn't keep the coffee super hot for long at all, so normally I just make a serving at a time.
